Another question on the proposal submission I have is on the assurances template document, who is expected to fill this out? Is it the WIC Director, or would you suggest Division Director or Commissioner?

Our State epidemiologist attended the office hours and I was trying to follow-up on a question he had about survey tools and questions. Should programs be spending time on developing survey questions and tools as part of the proposal or will Tufts providing a standardized set?
It’s been difficult for us to find an organization to work with that is able to meet our needs as they pertain to this particular intervention, but we found one that has the resources and ability to do so. This organization has created educational materials and lessons in print format, but does not offer this particular online education service. Now knowing this, we feel this intervention might fall under Priority Two in the RFP. What complicates things is that we are proposing two additional interventions that fall under Priority One. Is it permissible for us to address each priority in our proposal or are we limited to focusing on one or the other?
