DC WIC will evaluate and identify ways to enhance the agency’s current telehealth activities, including existing telehealth education tools. In addition, the project will investigate strategies for integrating telehealth into home visiting program delivery models.
Sara Beckwith – Project Director
Sara Beckwith is the DC WIC State Director of DC Health and the Project Director for the DC THIS-WIC Project. Sara brings more than ten years of experience administering federal nutrition programs to the work. This includes six years of leadership overseeing public health program planning, implementation, and evaluation activities.
Rebecca Bailey – Deputy Director
Rebecca Bailey is the Project Manager of DC Health and the Deputy Project Director for the DC THIS-WIC Project. Rebecca has experience working in project coordination, logistics, as well as communications and evaluation work. Prior to her work with DC WIC, Ms. Bailey worked as a Development Coordinator for the Center for Science in the Public Interest.
