Correct, the ATA conference is the same event as the Workshop.
If you do not have space to list references in the specific proposal section, please include them after the additional demographic information form.
For the comprehensive overview of proposal section task, please only include the following sections in your pdf:
• telehealth solution
• problem statement
• evaluation capacity
• staffing (do not include biographical sketches)
• sustainability
Other requirements of the proposal including the cover sheet, bio sketches, budget form and budget justification narrative, project timeline, assurances document, letters of support, and additional demographic information should be addressed and uploaded separately in those specific tasks.
For the budget template, the unit cost = cost per trip per traveler and the no. of units = number of trips. For the budget template narrative, we encourage applicants to list as much detail as possible to explain their budget request. For example, for travel applicants should use the budget narrative to explain how they arrive at the per trip unit cost in the template, which may include items such as lodging, per diem, airfare, etc.
