The THIS-WIC team will continue to provide technical support during the full proposal process through a webinar, bi-weekly office hours, and responses to questions sent by email.
To ensure that support provided to applicants is uniformly available to all, the THIS-WIC team will record the Phase II webinar, as well as the office hours, and post summaries of relevant questions and answers to the THIS-WIC FAQ page. No identifying information will be shared on the FAQ page.
Phase II Webinar
The THIS-WIC team provided an overview of the full proposal process, feedback from the brief proposal phase, and demonstrate how to submit proposals through the online platform. The webinar will be recorded and archived on the THIS-WIC website for those unable to attend.
Office Hours
Office hours will be hosted every two weeks during Phase II, beginning June 26, to allow applicants to connect with the THIS-WIC team and ask questions that may arise during the full proposal drafting process.
To ensure the team is able to address questions appropriately, we ask that every effort is made to submit questions for office hours by 5 pm (EST) on the Wednesday prior to each meeting.
We are also happy to field questions during office hours, but in some cases may need to gather additional information (e.g. coordinate with FNS) to provide answers. In those cases, we will follow up after office hours.
Invites will be sent via email. All office hours will be recorded and questions and answers will be posted to the FAQ page.

Support from Telehealth Resource Centers
